3.14 miles in 70 mins today. It was windy and cold then windy and warm...so strange! Big fat clouds.

Wow Chris! That is a lot of goats.
30 minutes on the treadmill. I have been standing for hours over at the courthouse. Trying to keep the lines moving and people spread out. Most of them are still doing good and have a bit of a sense of humor. But some not so good.

Thursday 1 hour walk.. got in 10,000 steps...headed back out today!

Friday - Park again today - 60 minute walk- 2.5 miles- a little slow today but plan to finish my 10,000 steps.

I have been directing people in lines today. Some folks are cranky. Most are great. Walking where I can. O have over 5000 steps so far.

Shelley - I bet you get quite a few steps a day at work! What's the most steps you've ever gotten?
Happy that we have made it to Saturday. It was a beautiful 84 yesterday in fact it was quite warm on my walk. I got a little sun on my shoulders lol :-) but no complaints here.
Should be beautiful today so also want to get a nice walk in. Need to do some arm weights too :-)

2.7 miles this evening in an hour. Somebody...I'm not saying who but it wasn't me...didn't want to walk for more than an hour. I don't know why. Egads!! Men!!!

We did over 3 miles yesterday. My Runkeeper app wasn't cooperating at the beginning of our walk. I had to shut it off and restart it...ugh! But it was a good walk...what we call the rocky road. We haven't been there in a long while. It was fun!

Sunday - 1 hour walk - 2.8 miles. Trying to up my distance.
Monday - 60 mins recumbent bike - 12.96 miles - rain in Georgia could not go to park to walk

Karen I have no idea what the most steps I have ever received is. Some days at work I am on the go alot. And others I stand in one spot mostly. No steps for standing.
Chris so wonderful you are able to get out there and enjoy yourself again.
Kathy you need some serious rain gear. Who knows what new things you could see.
I spent a lot of time the last couple of days chasing down some crab grass in my largest garden bed. Hate that stuff. I think I got it all though.
Went out this morning at 0700 to look at flowers and walk a bit. Beautiful morning. I am off until next Wednesday. I am doing a virtual torch run for special Olympics. Helps motivate me. Well got to go walk the kids.

Walked 30 mins - 2.1 miles. Picked up the speed. Had to meet the plumber at my house and didn’t have much time. Had new waiter heater installed.

Started to walk to the mailbox to mail my absentee ballot and realised halfway that I did not have stamps on my ballot :-) walk home for a stamp and then started over again :-) 85 minutes worth of walking

30 minutes recumbent bike - 6.33 miles.
20 sec plank, 11 pushups, 25 squats
I’m also in a 30 day challenge with a travel group on Facebook. It includes pushups, squats, planks and burpees (not doing burpees...sorry Shelley). There are beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. I’ve compiled Day 2 beginner’s level. Will try really hard to complete the 30 days along with either a walk or my recumbent.

3.18 miles in 71 mins. yesterday. Getting really warm in the evenings. Supposed to be hotter today. We are walking down all the shady paths.
