    Exercise for 20 mins? Yes! Only an hour of focused dog walking in the mornkng as in the evening we drove up to our wild camping spot in the mountains. We did going for a short wander around in the evening.

    only used 2 so far in your first month ... with only 5 days to go .... that's FANTASTIC!! Nothing at all to be bummed about! Perfection is not required or realistic.

    Catching up after a few days of connection issues.
    6/23:
    Exercise - Yes - aimed for a 5 mile run, but started feeling some shin discomfort early on, so it turned into a 1 mile run and a 2.5 mile walk.
    Tracked - Yes - well, sort of - I tried! I had a lot of glitchy problems trying to enter food in my diary. I wound up with over 3,800 calories logged, which was definitely not right - lots of foods had been copied up to five times. All fixed now.
