Logged, under and a 52 minute walk.
My son made supper tonight. The best entries I could find in the data base seemed high in calories, so I ate back almost all of my exercise calories so I wouldn't end up feeling too hungry.
A good bounce back day after yesterday's unplanned Pass Day.4 -
Yes to all three. Active rest day; vacuuming, mopping all the floors (we have soooo much tile cutting dust throughout due to the work in the guest bath) plus wiping the orange off of everything. Stayed under calories by a long shot. Had a protein shake for brunch, popcorn as a snack and breakfast for dinner. It’s hotter than blue blazes here this weekend.5

I made it under calories yesterday and got 20 minutes walking in to the museum of modern art here. It's very hot, but the museum was nice and cool.

It was nice having a pass day yesterday and not worrying about tracking things but I have to admit I feel better today. Eating right and exercise really is better.7 -

4 hour hike with my dog. A hot and humid day so it was more tiring than usual, but I chose a route full of rivers, mini waterfalls and pools so my dog had a fantastic time! Maybe I should start going in with him!
Calories on budget - but only just! Was one of those days where nothing seemed to satisfy my desire to eat.. my partner was away with the motorbike, so I didn't have anyone to 'judge' me going back to the kitchen.. again..3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, cleaning and walking over an 8 hour period. I counted 210 minutes because I don't know about MFP's calorie count.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes, plus bought a tiny paper notebook that I can use when I can't access a phone or computer -- the notebook is a help4 -

We had a really fun early morning walk (3.6 miles) when our pup walked us all the way to his vet! He really likes the vet because they give him lots of treats. I also did 25 minutes of yoga.
I have not been as committed these first few weeks so I am recommitting myself to get back on track and posting regularly. Cheers!6 -
