Ugh! I knew I would see i gain this week. I didn't think this much! But my eating has been all over the place and not good food choices. Need to get back on track this week.
@Jen_967 Probably some of that is water weight. Some foods can help you hold extra water too. Hang in there.
I wish. Lol I’ve been eating anything and everything. I’m going to call the dr and see if I can at least start walking at least 2-3 days this week. I think my eating is boredom. I’m finding not exercising is causing me to be a little depressed. He said I should be ok exercising next week anyways. So hopefully he will be ok with that.0 -

It was a bad day. I had a meeting about school reopening which basically said parents want their children full time and they were disappointed with distance learning. How this will happen no one knows. It was so scary for me thinking I need to watch church online, I go to the beach before it opens, attendance in stores are strictly controlled YET we will open up schools as somewhat normal???????0 -

Has your area decided what they are going to do? We don't know anything yet, but my guess is that we will start online Distance learning and go from there. I am afraid what would happen we go back full time. Too many unknowns to just say to send them back and see what happens.0 -

I was able to get ahold of dr yesterday. He said I could walk slowly 2-3 times this week. But that’s it until I see dr on Aug 8th. But no other exercise. Until then. But I’ll take that. I’ve been kinda in a funk. 😊1
