Below is a pic from yesterday and from October 2017. The weights are about 18 lbs a part. Same dress... BTW I was soooo excited to wear this dress again. This is a major NSV.
I am feeling so much better about myself. On Tuesday when I made the mad dash drive home due to the 'flood' I walked into a gas station and in the reflection saw a guy checking me out. This makes me feel AMAZING since I'm now silver haired and formerly really heavy.
What a progress photo!! Looking HOT🔥🔥2 -

I’m home! It took a taxi ride, a cruise ship ride (they take one-way passengers for the route), train, bus, train again, and another taxi ride to get home, but I’m here. Sailing was great, but I’m happy to be home where the floor doesn’t sway, fruits and veggies are in steady supply and I can go to the grocery store any day I want, and my bed is big and soft enough for me.
I took full advantage of the ship’s tax free store and bought a new perfume. I’m going to try and see if I can condition my mind to link it with fitness and exercise so it can become a tool in the future. Years ago I bought a new perfume just before starting to study for university entrance exams (11 weeks between publishing exam literature and the exam date - the most intense study period of my life, writing an 80-page master’s thesis doesn’t even begin to compare). I wore the perfume every day in that time period, and eventually my brain got conditioned to think studying law smells like that. During my studies, every time I needed to crank some extra efficient study hours before exams, I wore that perfume. A couple of weeks ago I dug it out and sniffed it 7 years after the entrance exam, immediately felt like reading some legal literature. So, I’m going to limit wearing the new perfume to days I’m doing fitness activities, and hope I can again condition myself enough that in the future I can trigger gym motivation just by putting that perfume on.6 -
