@Dory_42 Wb, funny (but worrisome) story on your nickname!
Yes x 3 for me today!
And I made a personal best today: Since March I now work from home and for exercise I started climbing the stairs in my house around May. I started with 10 minutes a day and I had to break it up into intervals of 3, 3, 2 & 2 minutes at a time. An interval is climbing up & down 3x which takes 1 minute. Then I went to 20 minutes a day and broke it up into 5-4 minute intervals. Then I started trying to do them in a row while walking around my main floor in between each set of 12. Note that I can't do stairs everyday as it aggravates my plantar fasciitis. Well today I climbed the stairs in one interval: 60 flights of stairs at one time and then walked it out afterwards for just 5 minutes. I am definitely getting healthier and stronger! (Mind you I had to jump in the pool after to cool down lol.)

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 10 minutes stress-burn on the exercise bike plus after-work exergame time plus after-supper evening stroll (8743 steps and 24 fit-bit-credited Active Minutes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? VERY under - small yoghurt / fruit /toast / coffee breakfast was eaten at 2:00 pm. Regular supper. Even a monster-popcorn evening snack barely put me over the "MFP shakes head in concern and won't put 'under goal' on you wall" level
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Days goals met: 22
Pass days used: 5 (4 due to stress / N on logging or N on logging/exercise)

(Thur Aug 27 - full eggs / cheese / toast / coffee breakfast eaten before 8:15 a.m. - breakfast logged and tentative whole-of-day pre logged)

@MadisonMolly2017 Happy they are getting the fires under control and happy you can walk again. We get forest fires here in southern France, but they are nothing compared to what happens in California. I have seen the devastation first hand though and it seems impossible that nature will ever restore itself, but it does, sometimes with a helping hand from us.

    Thank you @Chinkiri !
The fire, sheriff, and many other groups are doing a remarkable job. Sadly, couldn’t walk today, but I know we’ll have more blue skies in the future!
