Yes, yes & yes today. I exercise mainly in our pool as I have plantar fasciitis. Lately I've been getting less of a workout since I've been working in the pool now for almost 3 months (the exercises were getting too easy). This week I've been pushing myself harder. We'll see if that gets me past my plateau. I've been this weight since July 20: went up 3 lbs, lost the 3 lbs., but still nothing lower.8 -
What a wonderful post Rick. I'm so glad that you and those you mentioned began this journey before the rest of us...and have kept it going. It has been a true blessing. So, thank you Rick...and all!
I'm yes x's 3 today. Walked this morning early...did some workout stuff with my zoom class...and took care of some pups. Going to walk this weekend early too...and then do a class or two. Trying to find a way to get my kids to be brave and adventurous to do some hiking...where other people might be.... That would be fun...BUT AFTER WE NO LONGER HAVE TEMPS ABOVE 104... lol8 -

Today was a warm and beautiful August summer day in the north central part of the USA.
I spent all day on the farm and just enjoyed the day.
Exercise: over one hour of active farm chores plus almost one hour of walking with a horse that is relatively new to the farm.
Calories: I need all of that activity to help offset some carry-over cake and homemade ice cream. I was under my limit

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked around the lake. Gorgeous evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No.... after the walk had nachos. Not sure what the better choice would have been when choosing an appetizer. Maybe just not eating anything ? Feeling very loggy right now.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!6 -

Exercised 46 mins on exercise bike 😓 💦 ✔️ (Usually 120 mins on average) + 4,200 steps (usually 11-12K avg)
(Much less exercise than normal due to rare 102 degree heat 🥵 )
Calories over by 614 (much of which would normally Have been burned off by my regular exercise & been lower due to suppressed appetite due to the exercise!)

Proud I did what I could in 99+ heat on Ex. Bike. And scale was lightest it’s been since June 29!

We had some people round for food and wine. I had some advanced warning and was cooking so I prelogged and then ran for long enough to bump up my calories.7 -
