11th August for me:
A quiet day. Exercise was only just about 30 minutes walking, as my ankle was really not cooperating for the first ten minutes after yesterday's 3 -hour walk, but then it got better.
Calories: Yes, stayed under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything, but very late, so it didn't go on to my personal page. Irritating MFP feature...
Off to Narbonne today to see a Cistercian abbey, part of my latest proposed art history project. Having lunch (salad!) with my partner's ex-partner, who is coming to the abbey with us! Modern family relationships, right?

@juliemouse83 I'm so sorry about your injury. You have right thinking -- you HAVE to take care of yourself for many reasons. And about that boss who might get hot? I'll bet anything they could hire some temporary help. Again, take care of yourself.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No -- it was 91 degrees here yesterday. I was off from work and planned to take an evening walk when the sun went down, but fell asleep for hours and hours. I did walk around a store early in the day, but it wasn't much exercise.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - between 15 minutes of pilates with resistance bands and my exergame..
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? no - (that'l larm me to eat more than rice cakes for breakfast, even if not particularly hungry. Usually it would be at LEAST greek yoghurt and fruit, with cheesy-eggs for lunch)
