Yes x 3. I have been swimming every day for 60mins. Its an outdoor pool so I am getting some sun too which is great for my mood. I love swimming because you really have time to think and reflect without distractions, and it's low impact so no concerns about injury when you are still building fitness up.13

Yes x3. I had an impromptu picnic with my sister and 93 yr old Mother today. That left me with 250 calories for supper so I had to swim for my dinner tonight, lol! As a side note, we are 1/4 way through this month's challenge. Stay strong everyone, we CAN do this!9

dog walking was the main exercise...but if I feel up to it later - might be watching a late movie with the teen and walking on the treadmill, doing some stretching etc...5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Lots of exergaming plus walk to the hardware store / DH & I carried back a 4' x 4' piece of plywood (It would not have fit in the car ... we used a pair of D-clamps to make "handles". Worked like a charm!

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - even the McCafe Peach Smoothie ( I have been waiting YEARS for them to bring back that particular flavour!! Planned my whole day's intake around including it ... and had LOADS to spare because of exercise calorie level)
