Sat-Friday of last week I was only +62 calories for the whole week, but still gained weight. I think my previous week's weight may have been thrown off, as I was significantly under calories the day before weigh-in. Also, my low protein intake this week, compared to the week before, may have played a part.1

Weight can be super funny sometimes. You can do everything right, and the scale just doesn't want to cooperate. You are doing an awesome job, stick with it1 -
