I have been impressed with the amount of participants in the MUAC these past couple of months. You are all doing a great job. Keep it up going! We are half way done with this week.
Also, I made a mistake on the MUAC results and @schmonthei actually had 5 days of tracking, staying under and exercising, last week. Great job!1 -

@thedestar I am doing baby steps and just trying to include fruit or veggie with at least one meal a day. Once I get that habit down I will start adding them to two meals a day.
