Calories/carb goal: a bit high on carbs due to salad and nuts but not terrible. Ate at maintenance so had I not under eaten earlier in the day I likely would not have snacked after dinner. Oh and had a small glass of wine...
Close watch rings โ ended up with about 14k steps plus strength for the day. Movement is improving where last month I wasnโt so focused.3 -

I also did 60 minute aerobics ....2 days in a row I have done 2 workouts I am a ball of energy LOL

8/19 I am on track but no workouts for me ... I have a sore throat and headache ...not sure if it is due to most of California being on fire or what ...today is plenty of fluids...egg drop soup for lunch and plenty of rest3

No increase yet, but still stepping daily. Very, very low numbers, but I'm happy to be consistant. Recently, sticking to my plans has been the greatest challenge.So, all good here.4

Hi everyone..
Guess i am a bit late for this month...lol
Just started back on here..I was doing Weight Watchers but felt like i needed a break and wanted to get back to counting calories..I did make Lifetime with WW..i lost over 100 pounds going from 230 to 120 ..but that was way back in 2007. Since then i have been going from 130-145. I am 5'2 and 54 years old so i like to be around 125-127.
I am very active..i run 6 days a week,weights and yoga..sweets are my downfall
I am 12 days sober..i find that when i drink then i eat EVERYTHING...

Logged everything, calories were good both days, carbs net carbs over 100 both days
Stayed active all weekend, no riding but did get 15.7k steps over the weekend.2 -

Havenโt seen all goals met in a day for some time. I usually get close but something seems to get in the way (bad choices maybe??). Hereโs to a good week of plans!2 -
Did my steps today, and was just a bit more active overall. Also stayed true to my keto plan. Generally, happy with how the day went.2
