Forgot to mention I did an 8.7 mile bike ride yesterday. Going to try to get both a ride and a walk in today, schedule-permitting.

Dave: Lose or tight shoes will cause friction so it would be good to get feet measured.
Kar: Glad you are surfacing from the move. I am going to make sure I through everything I don’t need before I make my next move. Of course that is talking about a physical move and not an eternal one.
Continuing to work on the money pit. Hauled a trailer load of ground up tree stump yesterday, mowed grass and walked my butt off. I never stoped for 6 hours straight. Trying to get my dad’s exterior done before the cold weather so we can concentrate on the inside.
Adding 22 Walking miles .

Moving the clinic to a new building this morning. It's amazing how much stuff you can accumulate over 12 years.1

Good luck with the move, DEAN!! Yeah, I had the same thought when I cleaned out my work office last week. Not sure how many years we had been at that building, but I brought a lot of stuff from the previous two buildings. And now when I carried it all home, I'm going through it and throwing most of it away because I don't need it and more importantly don't have room for it.
Have a great weekend, everyone!! I still need to get my @$$ out and move it today, but I'll be sure to do that since I had a rest day yesterday.

@dave, @ Janet please may I halve my target. Yesterday whilst playing the very dangerous game of hide and seek with my two 5yr old grandsons .... I tripped and badly sprained my ankle. There will be no running for a few weeks and no stationary bike for a week
I did walk 1.25 miles today ( with a sit down for half an hour at .6 m ... I am now currently very aware that it has been exercised
ETA:
@kar328 - happy new home. I hope your cat/the boss doesn’t take too long to settle
@dave - have I missed something, you’ve emptied your desk??
@dean - hope the new vet is around to settle in the new clinic. I hope the move goes well

@darkrider42 - I'm with @k80flec, did I miss something? Why did you clean out your desk?
@sufferlandrian - enjoy the new space.
@kar328 - hope all is going well.
@k80flec - ouch! Very sorry about the ankle, but take it easy and you'll good as new soon enough. I admit you stumped me on asking to halve your goal. 125 doesn't halve into a very tidy number LOL. I put you in for 60.
As for me, I went running for a virtual fundraiser this morning. I put in 5 miles and I could have done more. I forgot how good it can feel to go for long run. That's the most I've run since Disney in January, since all other races have been cancelled. Just goes to show once again it's all in your head.
Have a great weekend.1 -
