Hi all, I am about 135 but I need to get rid of flabby thighs. My spouse always tries to get me to eat junk food. He is my only problem at this point.

perhaps exercise might help? I would politely tell spouse to "shove it!"2

You can’t spot reduce fat.
You can add muscle to fill in your body differently.
Consider adding squats to your workout routine.

I love the saying 'abs are made in the kitchen'. If you are troubled by wobbly thighs, it means you have fat stored there. Doing lunges and squats plus a calorie deficit (the SINGLE most important variable) is the only thing that will chip away at wobbly thighs.
It took me quite a while to retrain my husband about food. One of the ways he shows his love by feeding me. I wonder why your spouse is feeding you. Is it love? Or is it controlling?2
