I didn’t weigh-in last week, so I’m trying to get caught up.
I’m glad to see my weight moving in the right direction.
Next week is my birthday, but I’m going to try not to overdo it with junk. I know I will have a nice dinner and whatnot, but I will definitely try to stick within reason.

Day: good day, went to visit my parents 1.5 hours away so didn’t exercise but I kept my eating (mostly) in check so I’ll take that as a win. I was even offered ice cream and I declined.

So yesterday I weighed 172. I didn't track this weekend so I probably went over my calories but the gain is most likely from salt since I was lighter yesterday. Overall, the week was pretty good.0 -

7,732 steps - wish I had put my phone in my pocket while I spent the afternoon planting grass seed! Garden weaseling is hard work and a lot of steps missed I’m sure.
I’ve managed to stay in my calorie goal every day this weekend and still went higher on the scale for weigh in day Monday 🧐 Hopefully it goes in the right direction this week....
