Today is supposed to be my weigh in day but can I change it? I did okay this past week but last night my husband had a banquet for his work and I ate more than usual and didn't track and spiked up 3.5 lbs from yesterday (which I was totally shocked by!!)0

Question for the team, I’m just curious, how did you pick your weigh-in day? We have quite the spread and I’m interested to hear if there was any special reasoning...
For me, I pick Friday cuz I know I’ll eat a little worse on the weekend so Friday is likely my lowest weight of the week haha0 -
