I've decided to give myself a break on the calories for now while I work on getting stress under control; It's another pressure I don't need at the moment. I'm also not really overeating, my average intake is about maintenance level, and I still haven't had any binge days in October (💃) so I feel ok about it. I'm really enjoying the C25k so far, having a structured programme like that actually makes it easier to get out and do it!11 -
