Yes x's 3 - walking friend and I did a few lunges and pushups on our walk this morning...got my sons to join me on an adventure walk this evening through an area called the Huck Finn Trail... when we got there it was dark...happy for the phone light and little flashlight in my car. Had to stop myself from playing tricks on them...very woody area...kept watching for snakes... just what boys need

Was way too nice today not to be out...however worked on the garage and basement trying to get the last bit of stored stuff from our move done. Sorting and purging is exausting. I'm getting closer though. Now to get it painted...I need a handyman. I'm eyeballing a spot for some exercise equipment and an area to use my inverter.8 -

can't seem to find my groove right now. After missing a whole day of work (when was anticipating a half-day) I found myself unable to be totally caught up by the end of the day. But couldn't keep at it as had some "getting bil settled" to do including getting him some supper-groceries.
so didn't get the exercise in today.
good news is that there is no cancer anywhere in his system. strange news is ... his rare-disease diagnosis might have been a mis-diagnosis and he may have a different rarer condition that is treatable by medication. too soon to be sure. mri to go and about a quart-worth of blood work results not in yet.8 -

Yes, yes, and yes. My exercise was "gardening", tonight is forecast to be our first freeze, and it will be hard one, mid to low 20s. So it was the last chance, picked a lot of pumpkins, tomatoes, peppers and apples. Now I have to figure out what to do with them, except for the pumpkins grandkids will be carving Saturday.

A weird day for me. Just didn’t feel up to the body weight workout I had planned. Did some errands etc and read my book instead. Ate well all day and all logged under budget. Evening Jiu Jitsu class was my exercise but not nearly as hectic as usual because my asthma kicked in during warm up and again doing drills so I had to take it easy for the rest of class. I forgot to take my allergy meds the evening before and being spring, it affected me quickly! Lesson learnt and I’ll stick with them better from now on. Got light training planned for a couple of days before competition squad on Sunday.8
