    I never want to scrub tiny, natural tiles on a floor again! By the end of the day yesterday, between scrubbing, lifting, moving, bending… my arms felt like I had been at the gym and my legs just screamed, “Go to bed, already!” I will be continuing to deep clean everything in the house (walls, floors, furniture, appliances…) for most of the week. I’m seriously looking forward to downsizing! But at least there's no problem getting enough exercise/activity this week!

    Thankful for the blessing of lots of sweet pets to care for during the next couple of weeks. I will be MIA on here a bit...just busy with clients. (brush, feed, walk, love on them, nap with them(I wish, lol), litter boxes, cage liners, cooking and chopping custom dinners for the pets...oh - and my family... ;D

    I made the cookies for staying on track. They were good. It just had too much banana for me. Every bite had a taste of banana. So I would suggest using one and a half bananas instead of 3.

    Pass Day #2- Having some medical issues, ( negative covid test! ), so this week will most likely be one big pass. Just a bump in the road, I'm tough!

    Mhm... surprized I hadnt posted about Sunday... sleep was okay, eating okay and I did an HR workout after the kids went to bed, cause the family walk was too short.

    @RangerRickL wonderful pics❣ Looks like a lovely holiday. I miss travelling, we havent been away since February and I was going to fly with the kids, since they are now big enough...
