Little, very little sleep. Scale reads "gotcha!" (I probably retain water, I seem to be undoing what I have achieved by the end of November.) Consequently, I have snacked more. However, I worked out (Heather Robertson 12 Week + a Madfit Dance Workout).
In short, I more sleep pass used (makes 2 out of 5 already) and no UAC pass yet.5 -

Made brats in the slow cooker but did not have one, as they along with the buns are high in calories. Hubby enjoyed them. I had popcorn and coleslaw instead.6 -
