    Goals/Comments: Hired a personal trainer last week cause need the structure since these lung issues have got me down in the dumps so have been lax with my food plan but still not giving up.

    She gave me a regimen to follow plus I have to get up and walk around every hour for 3 minutes. 😮😮😮

    Sorry could've swore I posted last week. But just double checked and it was for week 3 but I did weigh in last week at 500.2lbs I gained.

    My birthday is tomorrow. I will be 53. But planning on relaxing for the day. Focusing on reaching my goal this next year. I have felt a little down on myself. Because I didn’t make my goal this year. But I did lose 56 lbs this year. So I’m 1/2 there. So I’m good with that! 😁

    I would like to remain in the challenge. I just looked at the spreadsheet and noticed my weight was not posted for week 4. I scrolled back in the postings and was able to find my posting for week 4 posted on December 23rd. Then I reposted the original post on December 28th. Not sure why my posting is not bring seen.
