Goals/Comments: Hired a personal trainer last week cause need the structure since these lung issues have got me down in the dumps so have been lax with my food plan but still not giving up.
She gave me a regimen to follow plus I have to get up and walk around every hour for 3 minutes. 😮😮😮1 -

My birthday is tomorrow. I will be 53. But planning on relaxing for the day. Focusing on reaching my goal this next year. I have felt a little down on myself. Because I didn’t make my goal this year. But I did lose 56 lbs this year. So I’m 1/2 there. So I’m good with that! 😁
