    It could of been worst. I had a strange week by gaining 6lbs in a day. I managed to lose it in 5.5 lbs in 3 days.

    I am glad to hear that you have found someone to help you on your road of recovery. Sleep is so important. I struggle with insomnia and understand how now getting enough replenishing sleep can create havoc in your wellbeing. Congratulations on your recent weight loss and wishing you peaceful sound sleep.

    upped my calorie intake and cleaned the diet up lots of protein shakes and p90x3 hope to keep this going into the new year.

    @gjaholy33 Praying all things get better. Sleep is a top 3 for health for sure.

    @southgirl94 Yeah holidays are always a set back but new years is coming and will be a fresh start. Tend to see alot of new faces at the new year. Keep going its an on going battle you got this :)
