Walked 10.1K steps! 1st time I’ve been back over 10K (hip bursitis) since Jan 5. I’m being kind to my hips & they seem to be much happier!

I can not believe the amount of exercise that you accomplish daily! You also try different things such as yoga and barre classes! Every time I get to your post, I hit the inspiring button! Can you PLEASE send me a friend request! I need your motivation daily!

Exercise yes - headed out for a run but 1/2 mile into it realized my running buddy was hobbling on 3 legs. Immediately stopped, turned around, and walked home. He was not happy about cutting the run short. That crazy dog would rather have run 3 miles on 3 legs. He seems fine. Pads look ok, he’s not limping, not sure what the problem was. I’ll give him a day or two off, although he won’t appreciate it!
