    Walked 10.1K steps! 1st time I’ve been back over 10K (hip bursitis) since Jan 5. I’m being kind to my hips & they seem to be much happier!

    ALL under the goals I have for them!!!!
    It took me 10 days, but little by little, I got here.

    Will keep with this plan & re-assess the 1st of Feb.

    Exercise yes - headed out for a run but 1/2 mile into it realized my running buddy was hobbling on 3 legs. Immediately stopped, turned around, and walked home. He was not happy about cutting the run short. That crazy dog would rather have run 3 miles on 3 legs. He seems fine. Pads look ok, he’s not limping, not sure what the problem was. I’ll give him a day or two off, although he won’t appreciate it!

    Pass days 5. I incorrectly said 4 yesterday but caught the mistake. I’m pretty hyped about going 25 days and only going over calories 5 days. All thanks to this group!
