    Thank you @Chinkiri , Yes we had a really good time and it made us feel good since we mostly stay home and very little interaction with other people because of the virus.

    I was going to use a pass. But after doing 2 workouts in the evening (thinking it's no use, since I would need to burn too much) and almost evening it out, I decided to be reasonable and not use that pass. After all, the scale hast finally moved. So when I wrote last week that I will just keep doing what I am doing, I was right! Call this a NSV even! Keep going even if the scale does not reflect the hard work.

    @Dory_42 Hugs 🤗. Dunno what more to say... 😑
