Got out for a thirty-minute walk as soon as I showered/dressed. It's already so hot and humid here! (I better get used to it; it's not even summer officially.)

I did 17 minutes on my exercise bike, some hand weight exercises, and just some general movement.
Made a pizza and a platter of antipasti and caprese salad for watching the football on Sunday night - washed down with Italian wine and prosecco 🇮🇹🍾

All goals hit! Plus, I recorded a 3 kg loss, stayed under calorie goal, drank 1.5 litres of water, did stretching, & app exercises, 30 minutes on the exercise bike, as well as, plank, crunches & squats.
