    @SummerSkier Oh, my goodness! How in the world did I miss your huge running statistic post at the end of July 🤦‍♀️?? Maybe it was the previous Italian food pictures that I couldn't get out of my head 🤣. A bit late, but that was an excellent run!! You always amaze me with your runs.

    All goals hit! Plus, I recorded a 3 kg loss, stayed under calorie goal, drank 1.5 litres of water, did stretching, & app exercises, 30 minutes on the exercise bike, as well as, plank, crunches & squats.
