Very interesting discussions in today's thread. Protein is a concern of mine, too. For one, I still eat too many carbs (sweets, argh!) and don't supplement, so it's hard for me to reach my protein goal. In particular on my (vegan) fast days...
I did well today, even if I didn't get the time to do a HIIT workout, as planed. I walked with hubs for over 1/2h at a relatively fast pace instead.
I munched all afternoon, felt rather full and then litterally forgot to have dinner. I kept serving food to the kids, doing the dishes, sorting papers, then went for the walk. As I put the kids to bed, I realized I was hungry, but the kitchen was officially closed 😄. So I had 200cal left, which is excellent, cause I dont log each morsel, which can be dangerous...5 -
Yes to tracking and calories.
No to exercise.
All pass days used.
But tracking and staying within calories is helping, for now.4 -
@whathapnd Keep looking forward! Healthy habits are not achieved in a day. You are pointed in the right direction.2
