I snacked throughout the day. I had a craving for sweets today. Might know the cause... 😞 Anywho, did drink about at least twenty ounces of water today. I know that isn’t much, but considering I’m lucky to drink sixteen ounces in a week, it’s a start. I’m staying with my great-aunt tomorrow night while her daughter’s out of town. She’s taking me for a “big dinner,” she said, so I’ll need to be vigilant I get something healthy. Maybe I can steer clear of the sweet tea...? #herestohoping2 -

Exercise: Does wobbling around count? I made a grand entrance to the bathroom at the restaurant my great-aunt and I ate at, which I was headed to before we left. I slipped, landed in a ballet position on the floor, on my bad knee. Lovely evening. My left knee now hurts. Icing didn’t help much.1 -
