    Exercise: yes. 1.5 hour on treadmill.
    Day/Goals/Comments: I was trying for 2 hours on the treadmill, but my calves cramped so bad I had to end early. My daughter passed her driver’s license test today, so we went out to dinner. I was kind of good....no rolls and shared dessert with hubby instead of getting my own.
