    y'all have inspired me with the talk of plants and flowers! I think I will plan to do a few gardening projects this weekend. I have been overwhelmed the past couple years by gardening/yard work, something I used to love, but maybe by getting started early, and just doing a little at a time, I'll remember that I actually enjoy it.

    @Mrs_Hoffer Sorry for the hardships your sister is facing, and it must be particularly hard on you being farther away from her during these times.

    @donna25trinity I haven't been lifting heavier weights long enough to really have gained muscle yet. I'm hoping to hold on to the muscle that I do have as I lose weight. Once I'm at my goal weight, I'll probably start being stricter on protein so I can try to gain muscle mass.

    Like @alligatorob I feel weird posting about how my day went, regarding UAC. Under by a lot (all exercise calories), worked out with the kids and walked again in 2 rounds. No pass so far. Trying to find balance...
