Here are a few 30g meals.
I don’t know how many calories you get per day. Two of them are meatless. I would add more fruits/veg & reduce the rice, bun, etc.
Hope this helps.
I began figuring our breakfast.
Then moved onto lunches.
And then a couple months later, figured out more options for dinner.
Again I eat less protein, which allows more calories for veggies.

Love that- we could always use more kindness

✅ calories under- wanting to have dessert, even though I’m full from dinner, plus I don’t have enough calories

So I am definitely out of the challenge now probably out of champions circle too. This week, and next week, will be among my most insane work weeks of the year. And that's what falls off: I didn't log my food for the last two days, probably won't log tomorrow either.
The good part is that I'm not going off rails! I'm still heading out to my Thurs night tennis and eating normally, I'm just rushing around so much I can't think. in the past I'd use it as an excuse to stress eat but that's not who I am anymore see you in a few days finger crossed.10 -

@Bovorayoo ohh yes egg whites i shall try that cos will be low in calories, let me know if it works 4 u! Yep i adore my carbs too lol and just like u i also cant bring myself to waste my precious food calories on protien supplements! Lol!
@Madisonmolly2017 and @Bovorayoo since increasing ur protien hve u guy's noticed a difference in ur muscle mass?
