    So, I bought a new scale. I thought having an analog (?) scale would be best. However, it’s showing a weight I didn’t even think I was close to. I’m going to buy another scale - digital this time - and see if it’s any better. The weight and my inability to exercise this week just makes me depressed.

    Funny story. My new land lord gave me a patio set and last night my son were sitting out on the deck. My son wanted to see what the umbrella looked like open. When we went to come in he couldn’t get it back closed. So I said just do it the morning. So I woke up this morning to the landlord calling and saying her mom was driving down my road and there was something on my roof. I said my roof? She said the umbrella and starting laughing. I had to take a picture before they got it off the roof. Too funny...lol

    I stayed here in Winston Salem. But moved out of the city. More in the country. 3 bdrm 2 bath mobile home on an acre of land.

    Exercise: None - I went to urgent care for my knee. Had it x-rayed - apparently I have no arthritis, but it is bruised and twisted. Thankfully nothing broken. But it still hurts, especially to stand for more than a few minutes.

    I hope your knee gets feeling better!

    I think I need to plan my meals better.
    The new all over exercise is very hard. My aim is to do it all without extra breaks. I love the Zumba / aerobics.
    I am still awaiting my motorbike wheel to be sorted, I can go back to work then, I'm getting board sat at home.
