Exercise: None - I stood and walked more today at work than I should have, and now my knee is paying for it. Ugh, it hurts. I got sick this morning at work from a combination of my first Covid vaccine dose and the high dosage of medication the doctor prescribed. I didn’t wear makeup today, and as I left the bathroom, I was white. Not just pale, but my face was ghost white. Erg.1 -

I've lost 10 lbs since early January and feel like celebrating! But not with food-maybe some new earrings. I think I am finally learning what it takes for me to lose weight without feeling like I'm depriving myself. Daily logging and total honesty about what I'm eating is key for me, as is reading some of the message board success stories for ideas and inspiration. Plus I'm learning to be patient with myself and take the long view. I'm beginning to believe I actually can reach my goal, something I did not believe a few months ago. Thanks to all for your support.4 -
