Love them Chris! What a nice accent. I think I will follow the gal in red. I am glad for the options though. The cardio one looks good. I love his energy and smiles. Thanks I will be doing them tomorrow.

Wearing my half-pound Baya wrist weights yesterday and today. Starting off easy. Will graduate to one pound each.

Paula I love them! Let me know how you like them. I have been looking to start a play list on YouTube for when I am on my Treadmill. Here is one song I found.

    https://youtu.be/gdVjVtpr55M

It is not the original artist, Simon and Garfunkel, who I love. But this one is good also.

Hi Paula, so do you wear them all day or just when you exercise?

Shelley, I really like their music. Have you listened to any of their other songs? Pretty terrific...says the Mom/Grandma who cannot sing at all!! Sara and Nick used to cover my mouth if I tried to sing to them...However, I have a daughter who sings like and angel...she sang in the high school choir and sang in musicals at school and competitions...she has a wonderful voice. She didn't get it from me, that's for sure!!

Hi Paula, so do you wear them all day or just when you exercise?

    Kathy

In between. I just wear them around the house for a few hours to make my arms work a little harder. Have mis-placed the 1/2 pounders, so I've got a pound on each wrist right now. It actually feels better, the others were too light.

It's the lazy person's way of working out while they're just bopping along... :)

Kathy, You could also get some for your ankles. B)

Chris I have not. But I will look up more of their music.

Paula I am glad I shared it with you then. I was not sure what to expect at first. Started out a little slow but then just kept building! Loved it.

Have almost 7000 steps in so far. Got to keep moving!

60 min workout w/my trainer and 4.19 miles in 77 mins.

Didn't eat after my workout so about a mile from home I got too dizzy to continue. Pat and Sara both came to my rescue. They got me home...fed me a protein drink, got me some crackers and pb. I was pretty much back to normal. Boy, howdy, that'll teach me!!

Karen it is supposed to be nicer here this weekend. I am so going to go for a walk.

Chris so glad they were there for you. I would say carry a snack with you but if it was me I would eat it just cause!

Got in my steps yesterday and a little bit of weights.

Thanks, my friends. I'm good now. Just had some pb and sour dough toast. ;) Plan on walking around 2:00...maybe.

Kathy - I'm with Shelley on the dentist business...bottom of my LIKE LIST!

Shelley - I would just eat it just cuz it was weighing down my pocket and it was all I could think about.

    Karen - Good job today!

Really nice here today. They say rain tomorrow, but ya never know.

My left knee was feeling a little achy so I only walked 48 minutes - 2.36 miles. Went home and spent 30 minutes on the Recumbent - 6.63 miles.
Going to take tomorrow off and let the knee rest.
And spend the day with Ron! ;)

It was an easy appointment a cleaning and filling. :)

60 min workout w/my trainer this morning. It was so hard!! First time in about 2 1/2 years of getting to do battle ropes!! The rope was much shorter and it was two handed, but I did it! I stopped swinging it around when my back started getting really bad a couple of years ago. It was a good workout. Not sure if I'm going to walk today. We'll see...
