Kathy, how's your mom? Hope she is alright. Which vaccine did she have? How's your dad doing?

60 min workout w/my trainer...no walking.
Chris0 -
35 mins on elliptical

I may end up walking by myself today. Pat's leg is bothering him. So different now. So funny, too.
I'll be back.
Chris0 -
No walking today. Dealing with mild side effects from 2nd dose of Moderna vaccine . 30 minutes on the recumbent bike - 6.49 miles. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Rained all day and cold. Did 50 mins on the elliptical;)
Karen0 -
Raining here too, Karen. A great day for staying busy inside.
Did I ever say how cute your kitties are? And Anakin is gorge! Like Shelley's little ragdoll. They are so precious!
Dumbbells again today. In addition to sawing a metal clothes rod in half and breaking down boxes. What ever gets you going!

A little cool 47 Sat morning in Georgia but got it in 68 minutes - 3.38 miles.
Kathy0 -
Windy today!! 5.84 miles in 105 mins. Got to wear my new ear buds and listened to music the entire walk. Still not the same as having Pat with me.
Chris1 -
Gorgeous day today. Went walking for first time since knee healed (a couple months). It was a good test run:
- My knee held up fine. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.
- Tried out new cleats. No slipping on our gravelly hills; but it will take awhile to trust them.

Workout cancelled...trainer caught in Utah...in a plane with frozen wings.
Might talk myself into going for a walk...maybe Pat's leg is better...we'll see. It's pretty nice outside.
Chris0 -
Sunday 70 minutes - 3.47 miles with a brisk wind. Forgot to post this yesterday.
Kathy0 -
Beautiful morning in Georgia. 84 minutes - 4.19 miles.

Kathy I wish it was that here! I love your little runners and sunshine emoji's. So cute.
I started doing pushups in the morning again. Still liking the YouTube workouts. So keep sending them everyone

60 min workout w/my trainer this afternoon. Winds are still at 30 miles an hour...I do not want to go out there!!
Chris0 -
Kathy - you rocked it!
Did a 50 minute walk yesterday.
Karen0 -
I didn’t workout yesterday. My father had his second treatment and it turned into a long day. They decided to keep him overnight as they didn’t finish until about 7:30. It would have been at least 9:30 or later before they could discharge him. His doctor decided to keep him there overnight so they could monitor him as it was taking him so long to wake up from anesthesia. My mom and I are picking him up ghost morning. Otherwise the procedure went very well. He’s a strong 85 year old!
His follow up is in 6 weeks— May 6’ Labs and an MRI to determine if the cancerous lesions have shrunk in size and no others have developed. Only thinking positive thoughts. It worked 3 years ago. I know it will work again.
I will get in a walk this afternoon.
