I do need your attention to share a temporary change due to my own personal schedule of activities.
Next week, early in the morning on Tuesday, April 27, I am going to load Coco in a horse trailer and begin a 4 day travel home to our home in Illinois. That will be about 500 miles per day with a horse and a dog with me. Wisely, Rose travels separately in her car.
Hopefully, I will have internet each night, BUT, I will not be posting prospective Winner's Circle qualifiers until the very end of the month. Please make sure that you include information in your posts to indicate if you have qualified for the Winner's Circle.
To qualify for the Champions, you should be posting regularly through the end of the month. I read all of the posts, so I can easily see who is regularly posting through the end of the month.
I also will be leaving on May 29th for two weeks in Costa Rica, Central America. Both Rose and I will be escorting our oldest grandchild, Lucy, to Spanish language. We will be there for 2 weeks.
The UAC will be functioning BUT, I will not be posting a daily discussion opener during the first 2 weeks of June.
It is my hope that the long-term team members will be posting and encouraging during my absence.
I am going on vacation!
Lord willing (Si Dios quiere), I'll be back in the UAC by mid-month in June.

@RangerRickL Happy to post encouraging/ stimulating (I hope) stuff for end of April, as I am an early riser along with @Dory_42, @Hulya_79 and @lesdarts180 in an early time zone, as well as a couple of other people. If I see you haven't posted the new day yet when I have my coffee at 6am European time, I would be happy to open that day's posts.9

I’m sitting here, drinking my coffee, listening to the sounds of spring.... which EVERY YEAR involves a robin hitting the window over and over and over again, about every 5 seconds! Give it up already! I bought a decal to put on the window, but this year he or she goes back and forth between two different spots so I’ve decided to let it go. Some mornings the constant thumping actually wakes us up. Whatever irritation that might cause is offset by being able to watch sunrises like this one from a couple weeks ago

@RangerRickL I think you need to add a 5 min per day check in here when doing your email so you can stay in the winner's circle. Most of the places you are staying will have wifi... Sounds like a busy couple of months!5

Good day even though I didn’t track again. Lunch with my friend and her daughter and exciting to find out she is going to become a big sister this year. Early morning Jiu Jitsu and kids class with a visiting coach. Ended off with a very interesting discussion at community group. Food choices were ok but not sure about calories. I need to get back into logging better.

Exercise – no bike ride today but a lot of walking.
Tracking – yes, but had to estimate a slice of carrot cake
Calories - ?? not sure about the carrot cake but it was delicious!
I drove down to the seaside this morning. We walked along the promenade, the sun was a bit reluctant to come out from the clouds, we did see some hardy families on the beach but weren’t tempted to join them. Back to the van for lunch then another walk, finishing with coffee and cake. (We had to sit outside as indoor hospitality is not allowed here in England yet) It was good to get away for a day.

@RangerRickL Good luck with the long drive. I trust you and Coco arrive safely. It’s difficult for us in the UK to envisage such a long, extended, journey.

Exercise? No! I didn’t really move at all today - kind of a rare thing!! But it was awesome just lounging around the house in my pjs today.
Under cals? No. Not moving didn’t help. But I didn’t totally blow my budget - just slightly over.
