Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

While walking the cats this morning I was listening a Food Code podcast. Had some points and content I've never heard before. Not sure what I think, and curious about what others may think.

Thanks, @RangerRickL I really needed this post! April will be a hard month, just like March. I don't want to get astray from my healthier lifestyle, but today is my third pass day, and I can see more of them in the near future. I'm facing so much pressure and stress, have so many things to do! I'm almost forced to give up dieting and exercising.

I truly hope I don't give up just yet! right now I'm thinking of changing my daily planning when I eat and exercise, maybe this will help me find the time. I will also stop cooking and eat with the family, it will be harder to measure the calories, but I'll always choose the highest possibility. I'm only going to eat one meal, the rest is sort of snaking ( yogurt, coffee...etc) so it will be okay I guess. I will be happy as long as I lose some this month and gain nothing!

goodnight to you all, hope you have a better April than me.

If it is too difficult & you feel like giving up... & you are feeling a lot of “stress & pressure, please consider increasing your daily calorie goal to a total that will let you maintain your current weight.

Then, as things become less stressful, you can then choose a new goal.

    Hugs,
    Maddie
