A lot of us seem to be having a difficult time. We're here to support each other!

Chiming in late but I have been a runner of some sort all my life since I was 17. My weight has yo yo'd up and down during that time and it had nothing to do with the running but everything to do with the fork. But I will tell yall a secret. For the first time in my life I AM running in maintenence and eating to fuel my runs (not running to eat more which is backwards) and it is an amazing liberating energizing thing. I never really felt like I was tired and running on empty while I was losing but the additional energy of maintenance cals is wonderful.
Agree with Maddie. If things are tough right now you have time. You don't have to LOSE now. Just increase enough to maintain and make THAT your goal for a few weeks or however long it takes to get thru the stresses going on in your lives.

I'm with @Katiecan2021!! I was about to give up on this challenge because I missed a couple of days. I'm out of the running for the month, but seeing the post about her comments and the inspiring meme from @RangerRickL, I'm not going to throw in the towel. Thanks for the encouragement!!
Hang in there, @thabit119 -

Determination is all it took. Well, not all... I took some advice from the team (pre-logging, not trying to outrun my fork) and was inspired by everyone here who're doing great with this challenge. You're all an inspiration!! Keep up the good work!! Happy Weekend5 -
I love seeing that advice from the group empowers others!5

Appetite under control. No sugar.
Using everything I’ve learned & practiced since January 2016 😍 such as: crafting meals I love, meal timings, mindfully eating, tracking to the gram, daily walks/hikes, keeping busy with my art, family, friends, revising my body image, etc.
#MaybeI’veGotThis? Time will tell. So far; so good.

Take the long view and don't overstress on pass days while you try to find a new rhythm. Our old habits control us until we take the time and persevere to build new healthy habits. That takes time. Please take that time!4 -
