Continuing with the major decluttering that I am doing. I emptied everything out of 4 closets today and organized it. I took a third load of stuff to the thrift store today. The end goal of all of this is to be able to setup a nice workout space in our spare bedroom. I probably have another weekends of work left to do to make it happen.12 -

@thabit11 - C2K is a great program! I’ve tried it both successfully and unsuccessfully in the past. Those times I wasn’t successful I got impatient and skipped too far forward and ended up with injuries that sidelined me. My recommendation is trust the process and follow at the given pace even if you get impatient with it. I’ll be cheering you on! 🙌🏻🏃🏻♀️6

Exercise: ✅ 4 mile walk with hubby, and then 75 min of gardening aka: carrying buckets of dirt from a raised bed we’re getting rid of up stairs to our top deck where we added a bunch of planters to our deck garden.

Woke up feeling great this morning, which helped me realize I wasn’t just being whiny or imagining side effects of the vaccine yesterday. Luckily they didn’t last long and I got to both enjoy a walk with the hubs this morning and get the deck garden ready for planting. Soon!
This is my plan for the veggie side. The opposite side of the deck is mostly perennial herbs (lemon thyme, lavender, mint, etc) with a few extra pots for flowers to make it pretty pretty. (Sorry in advance for my slight gardening obsession. Dirt is good for the soul.)

Tonight, I’ve arrived home after 4 full days of driving with a horse and dog along with me. I’ve learned that when you have to keep both hands on the steering wheel for many hours, it’s hard to overeat. At least that was true for me.
I walked before getting the horse loaded in the trailer; ate poorly but sparsely; and was tired at the end of each day.
Tracking was easy 3 out of 4 days.

Yes, yes, yes, a good day.
My exercise was just some yardwork, wood chopping, and moving things around the garage, but it was exercise. Still feeling pretty tired, but forcing myself to do things has to help. Tomorrow I plan to try and return to the gym...
