Exercise- yes, more outside cleanup and gardening plus a short stroll with a friend.
Calories under - planned well to accommodate going to an outdoor wine tasting. Now that I know that they allow outdoor food it will be much easier to do next time. Not many healthy choice from the food trucks and I relied on my exercise calories to be under.

I'm starting this group late, one day, but yesterday May 1st I was good on all three. I've been here before probably more than a year ago, but I remember this was a good group to get me out of my easy chair and do some form of exercise everyday.8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Walked 2 miles; strength training
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.4 -
I hate typing on phone, so short report in. As expected, May 1 was a pass with many contributing factors. Drove 800 miles in 750 minutes, with virtually no stops and bad food choices. Typing on May 2 and aiming to control it and not use a second pass. Driving 600 miles today, but will be able to exercise once home this evening.7

May Day was more like mayday for me... complete disaster. Not enough sleep. Too much stress. No exercise: over calorie goal. Ugh. First pass used on the first day...2 -
