    Who knew that handling the steering wheel was such a good calorie burner. >:)

    Exercise – yes, bike ride 30 minutes (it was cold and wet!), and some light cardio.

    I’m late posting this – didn’t do it last night so catching up on Saturday evening.

    @MadisonMolly2017 Remind me what a “cheerleader” role entails? I’m only home on two Mondays (5th and 19th ) and 2 Wednesdays (14th and 21st ) in July so not sure I can commit to anything that involves doing much writing as I find it difficult to write much when using my phone. And I have not succeeded in loading any pictures in these threads either using laptop or phone.
