Yes to all questions. Had a productive day 😁, I even had to force the last meal since I forgot to eat, I like this, this rarely happens, food always comes first for me.
Goodnight/ good morning to you all 💜💛9 -
@biketheworld Thank you for sharing your pain. I'm looking forward to walking (or biking) along with you for a long time. I'm grateful that the UAC is a safe place for you too.
Your friend and traveler on the path,

@TerriRichardson112 Looks like you got to dance the night or day away. You are always an inspiration to me!3

@Jana_2020 You keep getting stronger and more motivated all the time. Best wishes as you help your daughter move to her apartment.3

@pamsja You do whatever is right for you right now. Fortunately, I can now say that we will be here for you!5

I was doing well on my tracking until our oldest grand-daughter stayed for an overnight at our home. Tracking and calories went out the window with a tall lean 15 year old adolescent in the house. I would not change anything. It's so great to have her with us.
Pass too many! (5)7 -
2/3 again today. Exercise and tracking. Calories? Nope. Not even close.
Sometimes, it's really hard to remember that I'm doing this for myself. Sometimes, frankly, it's hard to remember why I'm here at all. Why I bother. This week I had a total meltdown over all kinds of things going on in my life right now; mental, emotional, physical, financial, just everything. Sat on my couch and just bawled for probably 10 minutes straight. I got it out for now and I'm back. Not as much as I need to be, but I'll get there. One of the issues will sort itself this weekend. One way or the other. We'll see. In the meantime, I'll continue to hang in there. Bike ride in the morning with my sister and daughter (we're trying again!). And then, another ride, solo this time, on Sunday morning. I need it.
Have a great weekend y'all!13 -

@biketheworld
Be strong and don’t ever give up on your goals and dreams. It may take us longer but when we truly eat and exercise wisely we will be farther ahead then any fad diet. Perhaps they are envious of you spin it that way, enjoy the rest of June you got this.6 -
@pamjsa
Hopefully the heatwave will end soon the humidity gets me in the Adirondacks when it settles in it’s hard to be motivated so I usually try for early morning or late evening I even spin in front of the fan! Perhaps joining UAC for July would be good keeps you on track for consistency enjoy your travels8 -
I didn't have time to post anything other than my daily status last night. So catching up now.
First, a huge thanks to ALL of you for the UAC! It takes some very special and dedicated people to make this challenge available month to month.
But it also takes incredibly dedicated people who use it to truly make it successful. The ones who decide to do something to help themselves, take up this challenge, post here, and most importantly find a way to keep going!
Sometimes it's routine to keep going, sometimes it's coming back after "life happens" again (and that *kitten* keeps happening), sometimes that's a few days, other times could be much longer.
There are so many amazing and inspiring people here with so many different (and some incredibly difficult) stories. But all of them are choosing to take up this rather basic, yet also difficult challenge. And that's what it's all about. Taking charge of yourself.
I think that's the special magic of UAC. Success can be inspiring (and fun to measure in such a challenge format), but seeing people bounce back from those times life happened again helps to remind us all why we get back up when we fall down.
Thank you ALL.7 -

Who knew that handling the steering wheel was such a good calorie burner.
