    Yesterday, I felt good and did 60 minutes of ST Lower .
    That was 2-sets on my step, 2-sets squats, 2-sets side slides.
    Today, the plan is ST Core

    Friday: And no appointments! That’s a good thing. I have plenty to keep me busy in the house.

    It is hot and humid again today, and rain expected this weekend. Not continuous, but that’s a GOOD thing.

    Saturday: Had our Saturday breakfast w/friends as a Zoo this morning. Our friends we usually meet were again exhausted. (She’s a paramedic and he’s an EMT). So, breakfast together was via Zoom.

    Looks like it’s going to be rainy today, so inside chores.

    It has taken time to get in the rhythm of things here. After 11 yrs. knew exactly what to do and got it done lickety split. Here, I find it’s more challenging. But it’ll feel more normal as time goes on.
