@Higa2021 I'm right there with ya! I'm already gearing myself up (mentally) to do better NEXT month!! We can do this!! And those of us who continue to post regularly throughout the month, are celebrated as UAC Champions! For me, the key to ongoing, long term success --- is to never give up!!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes - quite a nice 5 mile run. My avg HR was 135!!! I think a new low for me. It wasn't speedy but sometimes I just work on keeping my heart rate in a certain range.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
Pass days used. 1 of 3 so I expect to be in the winner's circle barring any crazy off the rails behavior the next few days,,, LOL.4 -

Going "nuts" with nuts today? No (24 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.)
Pass day 1/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records). Holding on to this number

Tracking - mixed, had quiche for lunch which is very variable.

My bil is literally the best cook ever, he came over and cooked burritos. I had to hve 2 for lunch lol cos they were so amazing. So i skipped dinner then he left me with a desert that was to die for which i ate as a treat later in the evening. I am still going to log my food but i know i was prob over calories so ill use my last pass day!
I am so proud of myself cos altho this is a pass i didn't hve the go all out mentality. This is the 2nd month that wen i do hve a pass day it doesn't become a binge.. This is huge for me! Weight may not be going down quickly but im happier than ever cos i am healing from the ugly cycle of food deprivation and binging!! Xox

I woke up 2 hours early this morning and found myself too awake to go back to sleep. So I decided to use that extra time to go outside and walk before the sun came up. Made for some unusually high walk/step totals for a weekday.

Hey all, three yeses today. Track, calories good. Exercise counted as 111% "MOVE" on my apple rings by 8:30 at night from packing, with still more to do tonight.
I definitely have to apologize again (yes, you will hear this repeatedly until things change) for not being as supportive of individual group members as would like and to the level I was doing in the earlier months. For now, just trying to hang on, not quit, and not return to past behaviors.
It is great to see the all the WCs and Champions to be. @Mshawski so you know, champions represent members who are active in the group to the end. Starting late, or lots of passes (like me), does not take you out of the running for UAC Champion. My notes would show that you are fully qualifying as a Champion. Congrats! :P5 -

Also, Sherri I have to give YOU major KUDOS! I don't know how you have the energy to do all that you're doing!! Day after day, week after week. Please don't worry about not being as supportive of individual group members as you've been in the past - we all know that your plate is filled and OVERFLOWING!
