Welcome to all the new people. Really can't wait to rock this out a bit again. I am terrified to climb back on the scale after a month of just so much. I want to say I was good, but I wasn't. Stress eating just took a toll. But starting slow with getting back in the routine of drinking enough water and getting some steps in.Hope you all had a good week.2

I really tried this week to track my food and meal planned healthy meals. I even did the whole roasted spaghetti squash instead of pasta, which my 5 year old noticed something was WAY wrong... Hopefully next week I will start seeing better results.5 -

So far adding exercise back into my life has just led to weight gain. 😂 I know it's part of the process tearing muscle fibers, inflammation, blah blah blah. But I really wanted to see 199 or less by the end of the month. Oh well!4 -
