Under calories by quite a bit but I couldn’t be bothered eating.

Ughhhh my fitbit went to fitbit heaven yesterday .... I feel so lost without it on my wrist ... I had the versa ...Bestbuy has the Versa2 for 180 +15.00 for the charger and 15.00 for the plastic shield that goes on the watch ... I really want the sense but the price seems over the top ... I will not be walking today or swimming ... I am mega sunburnt so we will be staying in doors .. I might do a Leslie Sansone Dvd or something

A bit over on calorie goal as I ate some nuts after dinner because I didn’t quite feel satisfied. Should still be a deficit after strength training and a steamy outdoor walk.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 sorry about the FitBit! Habe you considered a Garmin? The Vivoactive 3 is about 130 and comes with the charger. I have one and would be lost without it.

week 1 was great for workouts - only missed 2 of the half hour ones, so got in at least an hour each day...mediocre on food only 2 poverty days instead of 5...room to improve for sure

Got my walk in before the rain came, started out with a light jacket but it did not take long before I took it off. Thankfully the rest of my exercises are done indoors because it rained a lot today. Eating has been under goal but all the right food. MFP keeps telling me I'm under goal, but I think their goal is too high anyway

Yesterday was a decent day for protein but a bit high on carbs. Still met calorie goals for the day and had plenty of movement.

    7/9
Today, due to my schedule, I went with one carby meal late this afternoon (albeit low cal) and some snacks earlier in the day. I’m beat from working overnight then all day today so am about to crash before starting it all over tonight. No plans to eat anything else though. I got in a walk earlier but didn’t get my strength in so who knows- yoga later? We’ll see…

I was a little low on calories which made everything else a little low but still with my ranges. got my exercise in a lot easier for me since I'm retired.

I need to catch up 😀

Food and exercise have both been fine. Yesterday we went on a 12 mile hike and ended up in town. It was really nice to see so many people out and about!

I hit a new milestone on Friday but weight has been bouncing around this weekend so I’m waiting to see if it was a fluke.

It was a work weekend so I got in plenty of exercise Saturday but took it easy Sunday and caught up on lack of sleep. I did well on food Saturday but then had m&m’s at 11pm during a teleconference for a little pick me up so that didn’t help my calorie deficit. Tiredness drove my eating decisions yesterday so they were carby with too many calories. Back to the grind today!

    Meh 😀

@Megan_smartiepants1970 i know it’s really hot where you are. Do you think the headaches could be electrolyte related?

Good day early then went downhill in the evening which is when I’m weakest and the least active. Darned mindless eating!

@Megan_smartiepants1970: sounds like you are getting enough sodium, but maybe check on your magnesium and potassium levels...?

Got all my exercise in for the day, than just general housework, not much excitement but that's OK it is too hot to work outside so it's a good time to get got up.
