Sunday evening I emptied most of study/craft room & finished it on Monday morning- needed the bed space. Total deep clean & with the help of my cousin I got the whole room painted by 14:30. Just finished as hubbie arrived in from work.
I got most of it put back together, with his help,yesterday evening. I need somemore desk/table space and some alternative storage for the printer (I had 2 wall shelves but fed up of them accumulating clutter). Window sill is pilled up with clutter to be sorted & put away properly plus some will go on the pegboard system (IKEA one) my cousin is donating as she no longer needs it. I haven't taken an after photo as although clean, fresh & better organised- there's still a pile of stuff & the room isn't quite finished.

I had a really tough week last week...over the weekend I got my head together and this week is much better. I just wanted to thank those who sent me positive notes, checked on me, posted positive and kind postings and for being supportive. I want to always be the one to set an example, but everyone gets tired, beat down and has a bad day here and there. I hope you can see if all that I do on this team, that I really care about each of you. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you most!
Still hoping to hear from a couple of people who might want to be co-Captain with me or take JoDavo66's place as one of our Motivators. It's not a LOT of work...and certainly not difficult, so think about it please. Send me a PM and let's chat about it. Please include an email address so we can start a dialogue.

For anyone wondering about taking on co-captain or motivator- it's honestly easy to do. @Jessicakrall8 is fantastic to work with. I can also email loads of images that I've stored to get you started. I found it's a good focus.
Jess has admitted her own struggles & I"m there too- you don't need to be a perfect example or the most successful.
Quite a few post regularly anyway and it would be an enhancement of that.
I'm not dropping the role because of anything negative at all. I've joined with a friend who's ex-WW & set up own business and I'm simply doubling everything at the moment. I can seriously recommend taking this small role to help you.2 -

A lazy day with too much food. Not much to say about it, it happens. I will need to change my food a bit. Realized I really don't get enough protein. Might be why my weight isn't changing much. I will get shakes with more protein soon so will see if that helps.3 -

Back at the school, It has been super busy, but I think we are getting our lives organized, ha. Im exhausted, but Im planning to start getting up earlty again starting next week to start working out regularly again.4

September stats begin on Sunday the 29th of August and we're all looking forward to great numbers this month! More importantly than those numbers though, are all of the little changes you'll be making this month...moving more...snacking less...healthier foods...meal planning...journaling...tracking...drinking more water...finding new routines...giving up bad habits...being accountable...finding ways to walk more...new exercise routines...finding a weight loss buddy...setting goals...there are a million of them. Don't try to do them all at once...just make new small changes when you're ready. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
Let your team know what we can do to help...participate in our discussions, post questions, share recipes and most of all, SHARE YOUR STRUGGLES...I guarantee something you say will help someone else and you'll become an important part of someone else's support system. That's what our team is about! @mulecanter and I am here to help in any way we can.
Looking forward to a great month with you as last week I was finally able to get moving again since my knee injury from last December. It felt great, even though it had nothing to do with the scale. Those non-scale victories feel amazing. You'll see many of those this month. YOU GOT THIS!!!

Yesterday was crappy. Today was crappy. Mostly food wise, since I went to the gym and just finished hopping around with Deepti for 44 minutes so that was fine. Just need to get my food sorted out again. No going to the store when I don't need anything, no snacking. I can do it, I have done it before. I am just very frustrated by my weight not moving for so long.

@Pupowl We've all been there...you've made the decision to get your head on straight and you're in the process of putting together a plan. You've got this. Just carry on through with your plan and begin working it. Everything else will fall into place.
It sucks, but this is our journey...we have to be strict, take joy in the little victories and slowly, we'll start to see progress. ONE DAY, we'll see success! I'm here to walk with ya! Let's get to work!
