    Last night we saw some friends. They are doing a 5k Sept 18th. Haven’t done one in a number of years, but why the hell not. And as an added bonus my son said he’ll do it with me

    Hi guys, sorry I’ve been away for a while. It’s been a very frustrating couple of weeks, bouncing around in the same 2 pound range no matter what I do. I’m *hoping* to see a loss Thursday, but my confidence is low. Maybe I’ll finally get that whoosh?
