I was so looking forward to some time to myself. But my husband has decided he’s not going to work today.
@vicky2767 I know how you feel. I used to enjoy my house to myself time, even if I had to work (I've always worked from home) and now my hubby works from home also and it's just not the same. I love my hubby but man, sometimes I look forward to when he goes to visit a friend.0 -

@southgirl94 I have and it didn't work well for me, it did work well for my hubby though. If I'm super stuck and need something, I like the off brand sleep aid at walmart0 -

@Bemybestby60 My recommendations are try a slightly smaller portion, swap snacks for lower calorie ones, pre-portion things out so its easier to grab when you're ready for a snack, and maybe try adding a glass or 2 of water before each meal to help fill you up so that you eat less.0 -

My step-grandmother was laid to rest today. Audrey is no longer in pain. She’s now with her family, including my grandfather. She is loved and her sweet temperament and smile so, so missed.
