I still was in range considering my first food was a blueberry muffin and cup of OJ at 1:30 PM. Lunch at Cracker Barrel at 2:30 PM. Supper toast, banana and protein shake. If I had a small dish of ice cream, I would still be within range. All my meals are messed up today. I don't feel like eating anything else tonight.1 -
