    Not today! Was hungry after work and was able to avoid all the fast food restaurants but not a chocolate bar. With all my activity it will be ok. Tomorrow is a new day!

    My experience is that one big splurge doesn't hurt that much. It's the daily splurges that makes an unwanted difference.

    True but the water retention can make a huge difference. Keep trying to up my water as most of the time I am only drinking the minimum amount of water.
